Leadership
I participated in Link Crew both my junior and senior years of high school.  In Link Crew, upperclassmen helped freshmen to acclimate to high school.  Additionally, I volunteered at the Crossroads Church vacation Bible school during the summers after my sophomore and junior years of high school.  Both of these served as great opportunities during which I was responsible for a group of people with a partner.  Both have taught me that leadership sometimes requires persistence as well!
